Channels Refuse to play Laal’s ‘Jhoot Ka Uncha Sar’ music video

Laal’s latest music videoJhoot Ka Uncha Sar Daikha Hai by Habib Jalib. Laal has combined the Brechtian idea of defamiliarization with the wonderfully satirical poem by Habib Jalib called “Jhoot Ka Uncha Sar Daikha Hai” to comment on the level of lying, deceit and sheer hypocrisy that passes without notice in our society.

Pakistani Channels are refusing to play Laal’s new song Jhoot Ka Uncha Sar because they consider the content to be controversial, meaning it is “too anti-army”.

There was news that Shoaib Mansoor will be writing some of the songs for Junoon’s 20th Anniversary Album. It’s to inform that the recording of Shoaib Mansoor’s penned song ‘Chand Sitara‘ has already been started.

Shoaib Mansoor, the name which is known for excellent productions and stories. Who is the maker of some of the best movies produced in Pakistan, who is trying really hard for the revival of cinema in Pakistan. His recently released full length Urdu feature film, Bol has broke all the previous records set by any movie in Pakistan.

Shoaib Mansoor has till now released two full length movies Khuda Kay Liye and Bol. He is an excellent lyricist as well, he wrote the lyrics for most of the songs of his movies. Shoaib Mansoor has written, composed and produced most of Vital Signs songs like, Dil Dil Pakistan and Aitebar.
