As we reported earlier, that MTV India is going to air the follow up of Coke Studio @ MTV, which will be called MTV Unplugged. The first season of the show was supposed to feature some Pakistani artists like, Strings & Atif Aslam but they aired the show without them, and they haven’t given any proper reason for not including the artists.

MTV Unplugged concept is to feature some of the most famous artists, and make them re-interpret their songs using acoustic instruments only. That means musicians will re-make their songs, in a manner that they only use acoustic instruments, merely instruments without any electric involvement are called acoustic.
